The street is imagined as an active interaction plaza for residents. A continuous linear wall runs along its edge, performing multiple roles—as a visual screen, water feature, planter, swimming pool behind and an edge to entry of vehicles. This line becomes the project’s central axis, anchoring all activity and movement. The plan graphics draw inspiration from the property’s profile, with these cues translated into distinct outdoor spaces.
The rooftop terrace opens to panoramic city views and is designed for both intimacy and celebration. Cozy seating enclaves, a barbecue station, and shaded pergolas offer spaces for family gatherings, social events, or quiet reflection. Together, these layers of design merge functional circulation, community interaction, and crafted detail—creating a landscape that is both a sanctuary from the city and a vibrant social realm.
