The podium gradually steps down with intermediate chit chat terraces to the lower podium which houses multiple amenities and is envisaged like a large hub for gathering and interaction for the end users. The upper podium has a large serpentine water body with trickling sound which has a profound impact on the landscape design. The design attempts to blur the boundaries, resulting in seamless integration and unification between open and semi open spaces.
